I've tried the Treo 600 and Treo 650. They are good products but I think Palm OS is just a letdown. Sure it's very stable and rarely hangs compared to MickeySoft Pocket PC OS. But you have to admit the Windows Mobile/Pocket PC platform is far better for multimedia apps.

That's the reason I'm excited about the debut of this shiny gadget at our shores.

Nokia 770

Nokia 770 Internet Tablet.

Specs:

Weight: 230 g
Dimension: 141×79 x 19 mm

It's OS is Linux with Wi-Fi capability.

Screen : 4.13” high-resolution (800×480) touch screen
Colours: 65,536 colors
Memory: 128MB Flash memory (over 64MB for user)

Package :- 64MB RS-MMC, 802.11b/g WLAN connectivity, Bluetooth 1.2, USB, 3.5mm stereo audio out, Nokia’s BP-5L battery for up to 3 hours browsing time and 7 days standby time, as well as 2 stylus pens.

As it uses Linux it already has some open source software available.
